SPOJ 2716. Maximal Quadrilateral Area (QUADAREA)

The area of the cyclic quadrilateral is sqrt ( (m-a)*(m-b)*(m-c)*(m-d)) where m is the half of the sum of all the sides. The rest is clear, input and output using the formula.
